“I found the accommodations to be surprisingly tidy and comfortable, a pleasant surprise given the established style. While my allocated room differed from my booking, it presented a more pleasing setup, notably featuring a king-size bed and an impressive hot tub. Service was prompt and accommodating, with a quick resolution to a malfunctioning television, reflecting genuine helpfulness.”
